To Lose Weight: I understand your desire to lose weight. Eat Balanced Diet: Take fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Limit saturated fat, found in meat, cheese and butter. Avoid fried foods, chips, cakes and cookies. Use olive oil and coconut oil. Have fish, nuts and certain vegetable oils. At home, slim down your portion sizes. In restaurants, share meals, or eat half your meal Exercise. Manage your Stress
