Supportive: The most important thing is to give the patient supportive treatment: a ventilator if they can't breathe, antibiotics if there is infection, warming if there is hypothermia, etc. Hopefully, there is no long term brain damage from lack of oxygen. But, mainly, it is supportive therapy.
