I would first: Recommend an antifungal agent, alternatively if the itching is driving you insane aveeno (oatmeal) makes a calanie lotion with an antiitch and i find it to be rather soothing. If fungus is indeed present (looks like dry scaly skin, if you look close you might see little rings of skin) then apply antifungal after that intitial itch goes away.

Feet itch: As stated , it could be tinea( athlete's foot) . Use an otc cream to start and you can blend it with benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream which will help with the itching. If it persists , see your podiatrist for assistance

Try applying : An antifungal. Fungus is common on the bottom of the foot. Refrain from scratching.
