Get it looked at: Bartholin's cyst pain can be quite painful. While @home, warm soaks and Motrin, Advil or Aleve (naproxen) can be helpful. These steps may aid in causing the cyst to open & drain. However, if it is infected (an abcess), then you may need antibiotics and/or drainage, if it doesn't happen on its own. I would suggest that if its not improving or getting worse, then you need to see your GYN for an assessment.
