Yogic Breathing/walk: It is a common problem. It requires conscious effort to relax in beteeen rushed hours of work and deadlines. Deep breathing(yogic breathing) is one way to relax your muscles once or twice during the day even if you can do this for 5 minutes..Just close your eyes and focus on your breath. It works! if you ahve time take a 5-10 minute walk outside your working area...This can do wonders.

Agree with Dr. Legha: Talk about feelings & address problems in the workplace - don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or Progressive muscle relaxation. >
