Ligament strain: 32 yo, sex unknown, has "tailbone pain" with heavy lifting. Pain of coccyx, the "tailbone", if it is disordered, is aroused by direct pressure such as sitting, and not by lifting. Pain in the region of the sacrum and aroused by lifting is more characteristic of disorder of the pelvis joint called the "sacroiliac joint". See comments:
