Move around: Our tail bone has minimal padding over it (no muscle and little fat) and activities like sitting can cause pressure on the skin and bone, giving you pain. Use a pressure relieving pad such as a memory foam pad when you need to sit for long periods of time. It is not dangerous, but definitely uncomfortable! good luck!
