Can you tell me how could a chin wound heal when it is not stitched?

Could take some time: but it is not an area of high skin tension so keeping it clean, moist and covered to prevent infection and re-traumatizing will aid in healing. It may not have been sutured because you may not have presented for treatment within the 12 hour window necessary for suturing facial wounds.
