A member asked:

Can you tell me about difference between derealizatuon and depersonalisation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The former is: when things outside of yourself seem unreal, like when you are watching a movie of others in slow motion and you are not quite in it. The latter is when your own thought and feelings seem unreal, like you are a robot behaving in a way foreign to your sense of self.
