You can't: Thinking you can "get" someone to do something is the best way to think about it. It's great you want her to stop, but nagging won't help her - it just makes her feel guilty (and maybe a little mad). She has to want to do this. But, you should tell her why you want her to stop - for her health, right? Let her know you'll help her, when she is ready to try. You can call 800-quit now for more info.
