Well, for all of: Your good intentions, you can't make her quit an addictive behavior. You can share with her how much you love her ; your concerns about her health. You can encourage her to consider use of a smoking cessation program. But if she is not motivated to change then she likely will not.

Don't nag: If you hope to "get" someone to want to quit, you can't. They have to want to (and you can't make an adult do anything) themselves. You can, however, ask why she might want to, what would it take, what would help, and how you might be able to help. Let her know you care about her, and want her to stick around! if she's ready to try, you can give info - free coaching 800-quit-now. No nagging!
