Hi docs, would a baby be allergic to cats if the parents both are?

Yes: If one parent is allergic there is a 30-50% chance of their child being allergic. If both are allergic there is a 50-90% of their child having some allergic sensitivities. A lot depends on the home and social environments and exposures.
