Check state law: Many states allow minors to receive pregnancy (or std) related care absent parental consent. If you are 18+, technically you do not require parental permission to use your health benefits, so accompanying bf may be an option.

Congrats : You probably need to tell your parents because you are on their insurance and you will need to pay the doctor. If you want to be independent, then you can sign up for medicaid. Does your bf have insurance? Have you thought about getting married. Maybe you have your own job and insurance- then you are all set.
