Change dosing: It is common to have mood changes when the blood level of stimulants drops. This is referred to as "rebound". It can be made better by using the medication closer together (move short-acting stimulant up by 30-60 minutes (if took it at 3pm take it at 2:30 or 2:00pm). For the long acting medicines you may need to add a short acting medication at the time the other begins to wear off.
