This can certainly be related to stress and possibly medication change.: This is primarily a problem with impulse training and is often best treated with habit reversal training. There are multiple medications that might be used in conjunction with behavioral modification but are not felt to be as effective as with a combination of habit training and medication. So possibly the Ritalin (methylphenidate) might help but you should also do the habit reversal training.
