Variety of Causes: Most often people think pins and needles in the arm automatically means carpal tunnel. This is often misdiagnosed. A cervical disc bulge/herniation, Thoracic outlet syndrome or cervicobrachial syndrome, and peripheral nerve entrapments should be considered. Start with conservative care with your chiropractor. If it does not resolve, an MRI, and/or EMG/NCV may be necessary.
