Damage in nerves: You have to be checked and be examined by a neurologist , it may be symptoms of peripheral neuropathy or damaged nerve endings.

I woke up this morning and my right led is numb from the top of leg to my foot . When I feel my leg with my hands my leg tingles ... ?

Numb leg: Sorry to hear about your problem. It could be as simple as just sleeping with too much pressure on one of the nerves or could be a damaged lumbar disc pressing on the nerve. Think about any strenuous activity yesterday. If you have any weakness in the leg, please go to an urgent care center or ER to get evaluated. When a limb is numb, it often tingles when touched. Try to rest today. Good luck.
