Sleep hygiene: The first thing to address is how much rest you are getting at night, specifically how much sleep. Preferably, you should get 7 to 8 hours of sleep with minimal to no interruptions. If after doing this and you still feel sleepy during the day, then you may need to get tested for a condition called Insomnia for which you should see a Sleep doctor.
