Can you tell me what occurs after a diabetic seizure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hopefully...: ...you recover. Most people do. First thing to do is recognize & treat hypoglycemia (NOT by mouth; give glucagon or IV glucose). People can get injured from "diabetic seizure" (really, a hypoglycemic seizure) in a number of ways. Make sure the person is not injured. Recovery from the hypoglycemia will stop the seizure automatically. Avoidance of severe hypoglycemia is, of course, very important!
