Should be OK: Breathe Right nasal strips help keep your nostrils open with a piece of flexible plastic that acts as a splint when properly applied over the nose. The biggest problems are (1) some people react to the adhesive, (2) If applied too tightly, a pressure sore can develop on the nose.
