how to tell if increased shortness of breath or just anxiety, allergy, or musculoskeletal issue? took benedryl as also have runny nose, itchy throat.

See a physician!: Based on your history, you may have shortness of breath because of your heart problems, your anxiety, or sub-clinical asthma associated with allergy. First, see your pmd and cardiologist. If both tell you it is neither your heart or anxiety, see an allergist.
