Night symptoms: Nighttime nasal congestion can be related to allergies from dust mite in pillow, mattress, or box springs or feather in feather pillows/duvet. Other allergens in the bedroom may include animal dander and indoor mold. With reclining, there can be more nasal congestion. Normal nasal cycles alternates side to side nasal congestion. An allergist or ENT can assist.
