Balanced diet: I do not usually recommend supplements for almost any reason. However, a pure whey protein powder can be helpful if you are having difficulty eating enough protein daily for muscle growth. Creating has also been found to be helpful for short burst stamina and performance in young, healthy athletes without kidney issues.
