Lump on jaw: It is impossible to identify or recommend management of something that can't be seen. You need a complete exam, and usually masses like this warrant biopsy. See your physician and get referred to a head/neck, or oral/maxillofacial surgeon.

See oral surgeon: for evaluation, imaging and treatment. It could be a simple benign condition. However, appointment with oral surgeon is warranted. Take good care.
