Same cause sometimes: Though asthma is often triggered by allergies, smoke, pollution, etc., emotions can also trigger an attack. This can also include laughing or crying hard, and yes an anxiety attack may trigger an asthma attack. Talk it over with your physician and/or mental health counselor. Good luck.
