How treated.: Sinusitis: limited to the sinus and could be from allergies or asthma leading to infection. Allergies: could be to a trigger and relieved with antihistamines. Asthma: reversible airway obstruction(wheeze) with a beta agonist(rescue inhaler). Fastest way to tell without ptf. Don't self/ home medicate see primary md since these all may overlap.
