Dry eyes: Alcohol, poor sleep, lack of sleep, not closing the eyes well when sleeping, etc. Can all cause a lack of oil/tear production while sleeping. This causes inflammation and redness. Try warm compresses and or artificial tears in the morning.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
