Depends: Most likely nothing as the orthodontist will make the necessary adjustments. Having said that sound teeth should not fall out.

Depends: If the tooth is a baby tooth, odds are that's a good thing. If a permanent tooth simply "falls" out that is not so good. Best answer: ask your licensed orthodontic specialist if it's good or bad depending on your particular tooth.
