Pectoralis: Are the main muscles to stretch, but consider triceps and biceps as well. Also the rotator cuff muscles and deltoid as well.

Pectoral muscles.: You should stretch the pectoralis major, but you should also stretch all the surrounding musculature of the chest and shoulders.
