Epsom salts: Try taking a warm soaking bath in Epsom Salts (Magnesium sulfate), 1/2 to 1 cup in the bath water. Magnesium is the best muscle relaxer. It may take multiple baths to treat the muscle spasms. Make sure that you are drinking enough water to keep your urine pale yellow to clear.
