A member asked:

Why is for example a hamstring injury more likely to happen if you injured the muscle once or twice already? and how to avoid re-injury ?

When you injure a muscle you have torn muscle fibers. The muscle will heal with scare tissue not muscle tissue. Therefore, to prevent continue injury stretching will be required. There is no other option. At your age of 14 you could still be growing and your muscles need to catch up to the bone growth.
