This would be: More likely to be a circulation issue if there are no other symptoms. Flu symptoms may include: muscle aches ; pains, a fever above 100 degrees, headache, congestion, weakness, chills, increased sweating and coughing.

Not really: Cold hands or feet doesn't mean flu or cold. Ot could be reynaud's syndrome which causes constriction of blood vessels in toes and fingers. May get a dusky blue, grey, or sometimes reddish purple appearance of toes and fingers and they will feels cold.
