Annoying chest pains and a rapid heart rate, should i be concerned?

Dr. Venkata Chilakapati answered

Chest pain: Yes. Cardiac arrhythmias with rapid ventricular rate could cause chest pain or vice versa. You need to consult your physician immediately.
