Chest pain: Certainly injured chest wall or intercostal muscles cause chest pains. Anemia certainly can cause high heart rate. Could other things also be going on, can't tell from out here in the cloud need to talk to your doctor.

Muscle spasms : A pulled muscle can feel like chest pains. This can be due to neck nerve root irritation with tight muscles due to spasms. Also people who are in pain can have high heart rates. You need to have a family dr. Examine you to make sure that you do not have any heart problems. Have the neck checked and may need to see a rehabilitation medicine specialist.
