Should i be concerned having restless leg syndrome diagnosed very young?

Your age is average: Most people with the diagnosis develop the problem in their thirties or forties, so your age (at 45) is not unusual. Your doctor should make sure there are not other causes (iron deficiency is one) or that other medications are contributing to it (antihistamines often make it worse).

See sleep specialist: Restless legs syndrome and PLMD are treated with dopamine agonists such as Ropinirole or Pramipexole. There are many reports in the literature of exacerbation of these symptoms by antidepressants. See a sleep specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment options.
