Need Dr evaluation : Restless legs syndrome (RLS) can have several causes, one of which is anemia , so a blood count & other basic lab work can help determine that. Circulation problems could also cause the symptoms, so a thorough Dr history & physical exam is best place to begin Exercise helps most people with RLS, though some need medication if no underlying cause found

Restless legs: If you have a true restless leg syndrome, it is very unlikely you also have, at age 32, peripheral vascular or cardiovascular disease, but, even if you did, these would not cause RLS. There is a relationship between ferritin levels and RLS, so it is indeed valuable to check serum iron functions. A dopamine agonist might help.
