I feel claustrophobic in my own body. what is wrong with me?

Self-focused attn: Claustrophobia is a fear of being in an enclosed space. Technically, this refers to a fear of having one's body in an enclosed space. When people become overly self-conscious (too much self-focused attention) they tend to feel some degree of distress. The problem will likely resolve by putting your attention on activities, others, events, objects, etc. Outside yourself.
