Bone cancer that has spread to lungs. would symtoms be severe at this point? waiting for scan for spine pain, now developing cough, fatgue, worse pain.

It depends: Small lung metastases from osteosarcoma may be asymptomatic. Larger ones may produce a severe cough and shortness of breath. Nowadays we are getting many good results with chemotherapy even when osteosarcoma has spread to the lungs.
