Gallstones: Upper abdominal bloating ; pressure discomfort after eating can be symptoms of gallstone irritation. Constipation would not be expected as a result of the gallstones. But constipation can comee from pain medicatuon such as codeine. Drinking plenty of liquids and eating plenty of fiber with fruits and vegetabls can help too. You can try prune juice toog.
