I've severe pain in my calf but only when walking or standing. i have not injured it at all. doc has sent me for blood test what are chances it's dvt?

Ultrasound: Is there swelling or tenderness? It may still be a strained muscle. Sometimes a cyst behind the knee is the culprit. A venous ultrasound would be indicated if your calf discomfort worsens or persists. This would check for a DVT which is the main concern.

Injured calf playing pickleball, went to ER and had blood clot/DVT ruled out. Referred to ortho for muscle strain/tear. Ankle and heel is now swollen and sore. Is this related to calf injury or walking differently?
How long does it take for blood clots to "dissolve" in your leg? I have extensive DVT in my left leg. I cannot walk as I have a fractured ankle.
Tight pulling feeling inner calf & thigh, sometimes on back of thigh. Also get some tightness on back of calf. no swelling/color change. Random twitches around calf. Doc examined leg Friday did suspect DVT, but no diagnostic tests done. What"s wrong?
