3: 3 days of 20-30 min walking...Should be good to start with...Any amount of exercise is better than nothing..Depending on your level of comfort and convenience...

No hard rule: Each person is different, but it is good to be as active (non-exercise) as comfortable every day and to do moderate exercise 3x a week for 20-30 mins each time. There are good guidelines to read.
