Hard to answer: Unlikely the nodule is related to your symptoms. Most stable lesions are benign, longer times are needed to prove this. Do you have films older than 1 year? An old film or ct could be more valuable than a follow- without other information such as calcification follow-up seems reasonable. I am not clear as to what was being treated with the antibiotics. Try to avoid.
