Yes: This is a sexually transmitted disease that is transmitted through blood or sexual contact. It is not transmitted through urine.

Not in urine: Most infections stay only in certain tissues(example would be herpes) and are not transmitted through the urine. Hiv can be transmitted through breast milk however. It is uncommon for infections to be transmitted through urine perhaps because of its acidic property.
