Yes: Hep c is highly transmissible, hep b and HIV much less. The precondition is a break in your own skin, so yes for the sore no for the private area.

Contact with blood: Good question. Anyone can get HIV or hep c by coming in contact with blood that contains the hep c virus or hiv, or both. Have a nice day.

You're fine: These things happen. Hopefully you're immune to hepatitis b already. Hepatitis c isn't going to be transmitted that way.
