Not a chance, Roy!: Urine doesn't transmit HIV and your cut is sealed by fibrin so even if if it was semen, it is not going to get into your blood. Urine is usually osmotically strong and I think this is why it does not seem to have viable HIV. Please try to stop worrying about trivial contact making you sick. You do not deserve this misery
