HIV/Hepatitis: Doesn't survive in the environment as well as hepatitis which is resilient. While anything is possible, it is just so remotely unlikely that it can't be worried about. Urine on floor needs to be disinfected. Hepatitis more likely to be transmitted then hiv. As far as your urine giving you hepatitis or hiv, you would already have been positive for either to be in your urine.
