Should be followe: Wbc below 4 may or may not be perfectly normal. If she is completely healthy, physical exam and all other labs (including (h/h and plt) are normal, it should be followed. Declining levels need further evaluation, bone marrow biopsy, and possibly a hemeonc consult. The WBC differential can be very useful.
