I have painless lumps in my neck and groin. had them for a while and they haven't changed size any idea what this could be? and what should i do?

Cervical masses: I would see your doctor about these. While they are very likely nothing, they should be evaluated to make sure. Feel better.

Lymph nodes: These are almost certainly normal lymph nodes. All young adult have some and discover them as they get more sophisticated about their bodies. If they are stony-hard, rubbery, fixed to the surrounding tissues, or you have obvious fever / weight loss / night sweats, get them seen.
