Lymph nodes: These are almost certainly normal lymph nodes. All young adult have some and discover them as they get more sophisticated about their bodies. If they are stony-hard, rubbery, fixed to the surrounding tissues, or you have obvious fever / weight loss / night sweats, get them seen.
