When using dulera (formoterol and mometasone) when you inhale in do you exhale through the mouth or nose...dr. said mouth ..insert said nose?

Procedure: Exhale, shake the gadget. Put the tip of the gadget at the opening of an open or partially open mouth, to allow air to get in through the mouth. Inhale through the mouth, while inhaling, press the activator, medicine goes out and is carried by the air through the mouth into the lungs. Inhalation is slow and deep like a regular breath but through the mouth. Stop breathing about 2 seconds at the end.
