Vitamin D, ?fish oil: The most important vit. For most people to take is vit d in winter, as it's impossible to get enough from the sun that time of year.Most adults need to take 5-8000 iu of d3/day from oct.-march (year-round if you use sunscreen or don't get enough sun). If you don't eat much fish rich in omega 3's consider a good-quality fish oil like nordic naturals. Make sure you take a quality multi- see comment:.

No: If you maintain a healthy balanced diet there is no need for multivitamins. The only vitamin i recommend is a daily vitamin d this will help maintain healthy bones and we don't usually find it in many foods.
